FRT CFP - Confocal Point Sensor - Non-contact, high-resolution laserlight measurement

The FRT CFP is an optical sensor that uses the principle of confocal
distance measurement. Its bright laser light source allows fast high resolution measurements of light absorbing surfaces as well as samples with varying reflectivity at different measuring positions. Typical applications are the measurement of micro structures, the characterization of ground and polished optical parts or the production
control of printed circuit boards with regard to distance, step height and more.
